Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, all of the following conditions must be met. Products must be received in a defective, damaged, or unusable condition at the time of delivery. Refund or return requests must be submitted within fourteen (14) days of confirmed delivery.
Non-Refundable Circumstances

Return Authorization Process

Refund Processing
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within three to five (3–5) business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
